Terms and conditions
The Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs (Viena, 1961) amended by the Protocol of 1972 and ratified by Spain, provides the control of fruiting tops of the cannabis plant, as well as resin obtained from the cannabis plant, but explicitly excludes seeds. GREENWOOD GIFTS SL only sells products that are totally legal in Spain, any liability from the misuse and/or unlawful use of any of the products that we offer is that of the buyer. When you make a purchase via our website you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. The sale and distribution of GREENBUD SEEDS is prohibited in countries where possesion of and/or trafficking in cannabis seeds is illegal. In any event, the use of the website by minors is prohibited. Sale of GREENBUD SEEDS to minors is prohibited. GREENWOOD GIFTS SL exclusively sales seeds for study, for collectors or for own use to those countries where cultivation for own use does not constitute a crime. It is duty of the user to be aware of the laws in his/her country with regard to cannabis seeds. We will not discuss about germination, yields, THC levels, etc… of seeds, as it is illegal to germinate seeds and sell them for germination purposes in some countries.
Deliveries to Mainland spain will be sent by Courier (Nacex, UPS or similar), and delivery time is 24 – 48 hours since the order leaves our premises, except public holidays.
Deliveries to the European Union will be sent by certified mail, and delivery time is 3 to 7 days. This may vary depending upon the destiny.
Deliveries to other countries will be sent by certified mail, and delivery time is 7 to 15 days. This may vary depending upon the destiny.
This time is approximate and not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to conditions outside our control. For protection, security and discretion reasons the order will be sent in padded envelope.
Once the funds have been confirmed in our account, the order will be processed and prepared for shipping in a maximum of 24 hours, except for orders placed on Saturday, Monday or public holidays, in wich case the order will be sent to you the next working day.
We offer free shipping for orders over 60 €. For purchases down to 60 € it will be charged 10 to 15 € depending upon the destiny.
If complaints arise it will be necessary to indicate the date, the order number and other identifying data and send the information to the e-mail address info@greenbudseeds.com. Seeds are living organisms, we will only process claims arising from shipping errors. In the case of purchases not made on this website, you must, to file the claim, go to the web store or establishment where the purchase was made.
Once payment by means of bank transfer or banking income has been chosen the detailed bank account details will be provided for such purpose. Once full payment has been received and verified the order will be processed and prepared for shipment. If the choosen payment method is bank transfer, depending on the bank, payment processing can take within 24 to 48 hours.
You can deposit or transfer the amount of your order directly to our bank account. Please, use the order reference as payment reference and indicate your full name. Commission costs are charged to the customer, the order will not be shipped until the full amount has been received in our account.
